Contact support
Use a subject that describes the issue, such as “Website topic question” or “App sign-in question.” Include the page URL for a website issue. For an app issue, include the app version, device model, operating-system version, and the steps that led to the problem.
You can attach a screenshot if it helps, after removing personal information that is unrelated to the issue. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, API keys, or payment-card information.
Website questions and corrections
Include the page address, the statement or link involved, and what needs attention. These pages introduce topics and the app; they do not host an online course or provide exercise solutions.
App Store purchase questions
For purchases managed through Apple, consult Apple’s billing and subscriptions support for the applicable account and purchase options. We cannot access your Apple password or payment credentials through a support email.
You can still email us to describe a problem with the app. Include a general description of the issue rather than sensitive financial information.
Privacy-related requests
For a privacy request, email the same support address and explain what you want to request, such as access, correction, or deletion. Include enough context to identify the relevant service, without sending a password or unnecessary identity documents. Any verification needed to handle the request can be discussed through the support channel.
